Our Season starts here ………….. with an action packed programme for the Season, we have so much for you all to look forward to !!!!
PLEASE NOTE: All of our Activities & Events are exclusive and FREE OF CHARGE to Cosgrove Park Customers and their guests only.
Looking at the long range forecast for April, it looks good, only a small amount of rain, most days are showing that we are expecting 5/6/7 hours of sunshine per day and with 6 activities to take part in during April, Cosgrove Park in the place to be!
19th April (Good Friday) - Easter Art Competitions
A great way to stimulate a child's imagination and drawing skills, as well as a chance for a bit of competitive fun.
We have Prizes to be won!! 5 Age Categories: up to 3 years, 3 to 5 years, 6 to 9 years, 10 to 12 years & 13+ years.
Just pop along into the Main Office/Reception, between 10:30am to 3:00pm to collect your colouring pages or bring your child's art creations in from home. Drop them/back to the Main Office/Reception before 3pm.
20th April (Easter Saturday) - Falconry Display
We have a Static display of birds including Eagles, Hawks, Owls & Falcons on show throughout the day with 2 x 30 minute flying displays, with the birds flying close to and around members of the audience. A fantastic family activity suitable for all ages!!
Pop along to the Event Field and come and have a look. Session1: 10:30am to 12:30pm & Session 2: 1:30pm to 3:30pm. First come first served basis.
21st April (Eater Sunday) - Easter Egg Hunt
Come and join in with our Egg-cellent Easter Egg Hunt. This event will be egg-stremely popular. This is eggs-actly what the children want!! Suitable for all ages.
Hop along to the Main Office/Reception, between 10:30am to 3:00pm to collect your clues.
Advanced booking is essential - Call the Main Office/Reception to add your name to the list.
22nd April (Easter Monday) - Laser Clay Shooting
This experience provides the feel of a real shotgun with none of the dangers. The lasers bounce off of a reflective strip on the plastic clays. The hits & misses are displayed on a screen. Suitable for Adults & Children over the age of 12 years.
Pop along to the Event Field and come and have a look. Session1: 10:30am to 12:30pm & Session 2: 1:30pm to 3:30pm. First come first served basis.
27th April (Saturday) - Adult Fishing Match
Take part in our first Fishing Match for the 2019 Season.
Venue: Canada & Rainbow Lakes - Draw 7:30am - Fishing 8:30am to 1:30pm
Advanced booking is essential - Call into the Main Office/Reception to book your place £5.00 (cash) Entry fee, payable on booking. Suitable for 16+ years.
27th April (Saturday) - High Fall/High Drop
Our super-safe 'Free Fall' jump experience will give those thrill seekers the adrenaline rush of free-falling through the air, the height of the Tower is 5m. Minimum Height to take part in this activity is 1.4mtrs.
Pop along to the Event Field and come and have a look. Session1: 10:00am to 12:30pm & Session 2: 1:30pm to 4:00pm. First come first served basis.
