Children's Fishing Lessons

During the school summer holiday's we hold children's fishing lessons that we call an 'Introduction to Angling'. These lessons are provided free of charge to encourage youngster's to get out on the lakeside in a safe and responsible way and teach them the basics of fishing, and in lots of cases to catch their first ever fish. 

All necessary equipment and bait is provided by the park free of charge, but please bring along a seat for the child and some appropriate clothing in case of inclement weather.

Timings to be confirmed.

We can accommodate 4 children on each session.

Parents/Guardians are required to stay for the duration of the session.

The lessons take place on Canada Lake

Terms and Conditions

Available for children between 4 and 16 years old.

Parents/Guardians are required to stay for the entire session.

Max 4 sessions per Holiday Home over the 5 weeks

Max 2 children per plot per session

Children's Fishing Lessons at Cosgrove Park are exclusively for Cosgrove Park Customers and their guests only.
