Purchasing a Holiday Home

If you're looking to purchase a holiday home at Cosgrove Park, the first and most important thing to decide is how much money you are looking to spend on your purchase.  Holiday Home prices at Cosgrove Park start from £13,000 to upwards of £150,000, depending on whether the holiday home is second hand, new and depending on the location at the Park.

Choose your holiday home or plot 

There is always a varied selection of holiday homes on sale.  You can see our website or pop and see us at the office to find out what holiday homes are available.  The sales team can talk you through the availability of holiday homes and the vacant plot locations.

Paying a Deposit

Upon choosing your holiday home and plot, we require a £1,000 non refundable deposit and the balance paid within two weeks or before the handover date.

Finance

Finance is available when purchasing a holiday home at Cosgrove Park.  Please enquire with our sales team.

Additional Costs

There are no other additional costs of siting or connecting the holiday home to services like TV, electricity, gas and sewerage.  This is all included. 

However if you are looking to purchase decking this is in addition.  Please ask a member of our sales team for details.

Taking ownership

Once you've paid in full for the holiday home you will take ownership and will need to organise your own insurance.  At this stage we will provide you with a manual and a set of keys for your new purchase and show you where your utility points are.

After Sales

If you've purchased a brand new holiday home, most manufacturers offer a 12 month warranty on the purchase.

The warranty will start from the day you take ownership of your holiday home.  If you have any issues with your new holiday home.  Warranty issues classed as cosmetic need to be reported within the first two weeks after purchase.
